About Puk-e-Data
Puk-e-DATA is a Student Management System (SMS) designed for use by small to moderate sized Tertiary Education Organisation (TEOs) in NZ. TEOs of these sizes would cater for between 10 and 1000+ students per year.
Puk-e-DATA is used by many TEOs throughout NZ. It is a tool for student and course management that also reports to TEC, NZQA and creates the Single Data Return files for the Ministry of Education. Puk-e-DATA has a focus on managing Training Opportunities and Youth Training Programmes for TEC, and is also capable of looking after EFTS funded courses and Foreign Fee-Paying students.
Step-by-step wizards throughout the system are used to assist with awkward jobs like creating achievement files for NZQA, creating SDR files for MoE, importing NZQA units and qualifications, and setting up programmes with disaggregated courses.
