Ross specialises in the automation of processes within an organisation to reduce manual tasks. Automation of management reporting is a particular strength along with analysis of information to enable management to make decisions based on facts. His experience includes working with CFO's and Financial Controllers of many public hospitals and being a trustee of several charitable trusts. Ross has been a Chartered Accountant for 16 years and is currently a director of an Accounting Practice. His approach is collaborative, working with clients as a part of the same team to reach their goals. By helping clients establish what outcomes they want at the outset, Ross is able to assist businesses/ organisations improve their performance. The most important aspect of a client relationship for Ross is delivering relevant, quality advice; building trust and respect through the process.
Darryl joined the CBS team in December 1999 as our systems developer. Darryl's experience includes Transition costing system support, system design, RFP preparation and corresponding evaluation model development and system implementation management.
Ross Millar has been with CBS team since ages ago as one of our Database Developers. Prior to joining CBS, Ross had been working as a full time programmer for another small IT company. Prior to that he's been a tutor missionary/actor and high school teacher. During his stint as a tutor he developed a Student Management System which got him into Access and eventually SQL Server. Ross has also been involved in SQL Server, Access Front Ends, Reporting Services, DTS and SSIS (Data Migration). That includes work on NNPAC, PRIMHD and CostProDW. Ross's interest includes theology and sign languages for Deaf (capital D for those born Deaf). He also writes poetry.
Paul Claasen joined the CBS team in December 2006 as our Costing Specialist. Paul came to us from a CA firm in Rotorua and prior to that he had worked as an Analyst at Lakes DHB. Paul decided to change tack to further pursue his career in the Costing area and pass on his vast knowledge in the Health Sector. Paul has also been involved in SQL reporting, product and contract processes and investigation and compiling NPP and PHNCW data requests with a side expertise in Supply Chain Management.

Yogeeta joined CBS team in September 2009 as our Business Analyst. Prior to joining CBS, Yogeeta worked as commercial accountant for Fonterra and held a management accountant position at Waikato District Health Board. Yogeeta is a Chartered Accountant and is currently a director of an Accounting Practice. She enjoys helping people realise their full business potential and is widely respected for her fun, energetic and enthusiastic know-how, and can-do attitude to business and life. Yogeeta's interests include socialising with friends, sports including squash and netball mainly and she also enjoys reading.
Bernice has been with CBS for two years now. She handles all our admin with ease and ensures smooth running of all office functions, including our team (she finds managing Stephen McNickle a challenge but who doesn't I guess). Her interests include getting away from her kids as much as she can, music, theatre, playing the piano and keeping fit.
Stephen joined CBS year ago as our systems developer.
Andre Wilson is a new addition to our team. He joined CBS as a systems developer few weeks ago. Andre has recently come back from a 5 year OE in the UK. He did lots of travelling around Europe, Americas and Middle East while over there as well as working full time and playing rugby. Andre loves rugby, cricket and any sport pretty much. He also enjoys reading, quiet (or not so quiet) drinking and socialising with friends and family. |
