Personnel

Ross Wilson

Ross specialises in the automation of processes within an organisation to reduce manual tasks. Automation of management reporting is a particular strength along with analysis of information to enable management to make decisions based on facts.

His experience includes working with CFO's and Financial Controllers of many public hospitals and being a trustee of several charitable trusts.

Ross has been a Chartered Accountant for 16 years and is currently a director of an Accounting Practice. His approach is collaborative, working with clients as a part of the same team to reach their goals. By helping clients establish what outcomes they want at the outset, Ross is able to assist business organisations improve their performance.

The most important aspect of a client relationship for Ross is delivering relevant value added solutions that provide a return that is many times the cost of the solution. Many of our clients have been with us for 15+ years and it is this ongoing relationship that brings about a strong understanding of our client's business processes so that we can respond to client requests quickly and in a very cost effective way.

Darryl

Darryl joined the CBS team in December 1999 as our systems developer. Darryl has a very pragmatic approach to systems development and is focussed on producing systems that will bring a financial return to the client. Darryl has produced many systems that have reduced admin costs or identified revenue opportunities for the client.

Darryl's interests include fishing, volleyball and his favourite backyard cricket.

Ross Millar

Ross Millar is a programmer and our SQL Server Integration Services expert. He has spent a lot of time developing ways in which to automatically extract data from financial and transactional systems to load into our data warehouse . Ross is our expert in the CBS Student Management System including developing much of the code for Puk-e-DATA.

Ross has also been involved in SQL Server, Access Front Ends, Reporting Services, DTS and SSIS (Data Migration).

Ross's interest includes theology and sign languages for Deaf (capital D for those born Deaf). He also writes poetry.

Paul Classen

Paul Claasen joined the CBS team in December 2006 as our Costing Specialist. Paul came to us from a CA firm in Rotorua and prior to that he had worked as an Analyst at Lakes DHB. Paul decided to change tack to further pursue his career in the Costing area and pass on his vast knowledge in the Health Sector. Paul has also been involved in SQL reporting, product and contract processes and investigation and compiling National Pricing Programme (NPP) and other data requests with a side expertise in Supply Chain Management.

Paul loves golf and is commonly sited on Arikikapakapa Golf Course in Rotorua. He still plays Vintage Cricket (the mature Cricketers game). He is a very avid sport watcher and arm chair critic, supporting all New Zealand teams (and any other team playing Australia). When time allows outside all the above, he enjoys a bit of trout fishing.

Yogeeta

Yogeeta joined CBS team in September 2009 as our Business Analyst. Prior to joining CBS, Yogeeta worked as commercial accountant for Fonterra and held a management accountant position at Waikato District Health Board.

Yogeeta is a Chartered Accountant and is currently a director of an Accounting Practice.

She enjoys helping people realise their full business potential and is widely respected for her fun, energetic and enthusiastic know-how, and can-do attitude to business and life.

Yogeeta's interests include socialising with friends, sports, (squash and netball mainly) and she also enjoys reading.

Bernice

Bernice has been with CBS for two years now. She handles all our admin with ease and ensures smooth running of all office functions, including our team. Her interests include getting away from her kids as much as she can, music, theatre, playing the piano and keeping fit.

Stephen

Stephen joined CBS year ago as our systems developer to focus on building web applications for a variety of clients. As a result of Stephen's work over the last 18 months CBS now has an advanced web framework in which we can develop many different applications.

Stephen has held a number of senior positions with other software IT companies and his experience includes C# development, Java script, and SQL Server.

Stephen is a family man and is very involved in youth work.
